Terms & Conditions

( PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM )

  1. Penang roadshow to India 2021 (Virtual Edition) will be held virtually in the month of January 2021 in 4 different cities namely Kochi, Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai.
  2. Participation as Partner is open to Solely to Malaysian tourism stakeholders.
  3. Only duly registered partners are allowed to participate in the Penang roadshow to India 2021 (Virtual Edition)
  4. Penang roadshow to India 2021 (Virtual Edition) Partner must attach a copy of your tour operator license or hotel license with the application form in order to continue your registration process.
  5. Every ONE company registered is entitled with only ONE virtual tabletop.
  6. A max of two (2) sellers are allowed in each virtual tabletop, with one registered as a first delegate and the second registered as a Co-delegate.
  7. Sharing a table between two (2) or more different business organizations is NOT allowed.
  8. Registered representatives will be given an ID account to access all virtual programme and Pre-Schedule Appointment (PSA).
  9. PSA system is applicable to individual virtual table top upon successful selections.
  10. Full payment is required before the start of the roadshow.
  11. The full list of collected attendees/buyer’s database will be shared to the partners after the roadshow is wrapped.
  12. All registrations will undergo selection process by the Organizing Committee. Only successful applicants will be notified.
  13. Upon submitting registration, sellers are agreeable to adhere to the terms & condition of Penang roadshow to India 2021 (Virtual Edition).

  1. Partners are requested to complete the online application form via the Penang Roadshow to India official website only. Deadline: 3rd January 2021
  2. Space Availability are based on first come first serve and are only limited to 20 companies.
  3. The payment is required in 7 working days after receiving Registration Confirmation. Failing to do so, your application will be cancelled Registration payment must be in full, exclusive of any bank fees or charges involved which will be for the account of the delegate.

  3. Up to 19 Pre-Schedules Appointment (PSA) slots for each city.
  4. 2 x access pass (ID account).
  5. Access to all virtual programme and Pre-Schedule Appointment (PSA).
  6. Free downloads on Penang's collateral.
  7. Access to virtual event tour.
  8. Access to buyers’ profile.
  9. Access to full exhibition listings.
  10. Branding through social media.
  11. Company profile listing in the Digital Show Directory:-
    1. a) Distribution will be made post-event with circulation to the full event database (preliminary event directory contains information of company name and address) (post-event contains full information of buyers contact details etc.)
    2. b) The directory will also be available online (user log-in) on the event website for up to 2 months after the event.
  12. The committee of Penang Roadshow reserves the right to screen, approve and deny the exhibitors' participation.

NO Cancellation is allowed after registration. A penalty fee of RM5000 will be imposed for NO Show Partners who failed to turn up at the event, due to negligence on their part, will be charged the full cancellation fee and will have to pay for any related expenses that may be incurred as a result of this no-show.

A replacement of registered representative is permissible.

Rules

  1. All sellers & buyers are required to complete their company's profile before 11th January 2021.
  2. System will auto approve the meeting requests if there’s no action taken by both buyers and sellers before the given deadline.

  1. Attendance at all Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) is compulsory. Buyers & sellers are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.
  2. Seller are not allowed to cancel or re-arrange Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) unless the buyer is in agreement and the Organising Committee has been informed.
  3. All Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) must be attended according to the scheduled time.
  4. Please be in business attire throughout all sessions.
  5. Upon completion of each meeting, buyers are required to fill in the code in their account in order to prove that they have completed the meeting and to redeem points.
  6. Respectively, all buyers and sellers must ensure they are equipped with stable internet connection, smooth/clear video streaming and audio quality in order to have an uninterrupted user experience throughout the duration of Penang roadshow to India 2021 (Virtual Edition).
  7. Discussions must be strictly professional.
  8. The Organizing Committee reserves the rights to take necessary actions on any misuse of information, misconduct and other inappropriation detected throughout the duration of Penang roadshow to India 2021 (Virtual Edition).
  9. For optimal experience, all buyers and sellers are advised to participate Penang roadshow to India 2021 (Virtual Edition) via computer or laptop. Participating via portable devices such as smart phones, tablets & iPad are not encouraged.

  1. All buyers and sellers are required to fill up the survey form posted by the Organising Committee. Your feedback is important for us to further improve future Penang roadshow sessions.
  2. Respectively, buyers and sellers are taking the full rights & responsibility to ensure fruitful efforts in the Penang roadshow to India 2021 (Virtual Edition).
